Commissioning: 6100mm Flange milling Machine

NODHA arranged this commissioning during the May.31-June 6, customer  from Europe came with us for all testing and inspecting.

FM6100 designed for project in the shipyard. The X-Axis driven by servo electric motor; Y-Axis adjust manually; Z-Axis driven by a servo motor; Cutter driven by hydraulic motor; This kind of the design very friendly for the operator. All main parts use the famous brands, such as Panasonic servo motor.

 

 

During the 6 days, we test times, and got very good result. By EASYLASER, we got the flatness under 0.25mm
